Multi-step Screening Process

Before any match is considered, participants complete a screening process designed to support safety, trust, and peace of mind for everyone involved.

As part of our screening process, participants complete a criminal record check to help promote safety and peace of mind for everyone involved.

We request two personal references to learn more about each participant’s character, communication style, and suitability for shared living.

We help make the home sharing process clear and comfortable by providing shared living agreement templates, guidance, and support with important paperwork and expectations.
