Multi-step Screening Process
Before any match is considered, participants complete a screening process designed to support safety, trust, and peace of mind for everyone involved.

As part of our screening process, participants complete a criminal record check to help promote safety and peace of mind for everyone involved.

We help make the home sharing process clear and comfortable by providing shared living agreement templates, guidance, and support with important paperwork and expectations.

We can walk participants through agreements step-by-step to ensure everyone feels informed and comfortable.

We handle participant information with care and only collect what is needed to support the matching process. We aim to be clear about what we collect, why we collect it, and how it supports a safer home sharing experience.
